In addition to its North American operations, GP Chemicals also manufactures formaldehyde, UFC, and thermosetting resins at our plants in Brazil, Chile, and Argentina. Through a joint venture partnership with Resinkem, GP Chemicals has a resin manufacturing presence in South Africa. Through Georgia-Pacific Kemrock International Private Limited, we also offer thermosetting resins manufactured in Vadodara (Baroda), India for a variety of industrial markets in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. In addition, GP Chemicals has a joint venture with Kolon Chemicals of Korea that includes joint ownership of a state-of-the-art thermosetting resin manufacturing facility in Suzhou (Jiangsu Province) China, serving industrial resins markets in the United States, Brazil, China, Japan and Korea.
