Medical cast using Georgia-Pacific industrial plaster The most cost-effective and sturdy medical casting materials used today are plaster-based. Bandage manufacturers use proprietary processes to impregnate their bandage products with dry plaster. Such products include Plaster of Paris bandages and plaster splint rolls that may be immersed in water and wound around the injuries.

Georgia-Pacific offers fine ground, white plaster that will make strong, rigid casts over broken bones. All are made from the highest grade of gypsum and carefully developed for specific characteristics. Our products – especially formulated to exacting specifications – represent the finest casting plasters available to medical bandage manufacturing.

Densite® K-5 Plaster Print Spec A base Densite gypsum cement, this practical product provides low consistency in a neutral material. It contains no accelerators, retarders or additives. Use Densite K-5 gypsum cement in either straight-pour statuary or solid forms – with predictable success.
