What to expect during the recruiting process On-campus interviews
Our trips to campus include hosting information sessions the night prior to interviewing, pre-selection for full interviews or if time permits the full interviews themselves. See our calendar of campus visits or view our careers website for information on how to submit your resume for consideration.

Interviews
Our interview process takes top candidates from each university and brings them together with GP representatives from operations and HR for our behavior based interviewing process. This is an excellent opportunity to speak with GP engineers from around the country to understand what a "day in the life" is like as well as learn more about GP.

Facility visits
Once you have been extended an offer from one of our manufacturing facilities, you may have an opportunity to visit the location and learn more about the people, community, work environment, and specific opportunities.
