Georgia-Pacific Resins, Inc. (GPRI) is committed to supplying products and services that meet or exceed
customer expectations. The company stands behind all products and will accept for return, without cost to our customers, any product that does not perform according to agreed-to performance characteristics, or that does not meet specifications with respect to chemical and physical properties.
In addition, GPRI will consider all other requests for return of product. In the event that the request pertains to a product that was incorrectly ordered by the customer, or has exceeded recommended storage life at the customer plant, GPRI will work closely with the customer for disposition of the product. The financial settlement between GPRI and the customer will be determined after considering the appropriate method of disposing of the material in question, and will take shipment and disposal costs into consideration.
