GP Chemicals manufactures a variety of solid phenol-formaldehyde (PF) and modified phenolic resins for the electronics industry. These products are used in copper clad laminates (CCL), electronic laminating and electronic molding compounds (EMC) and circuit boards. They feature ionic impurity levels required by the electronic laminating industry.
We also manufacture phenolic and modified phenolic resins used in electrical and mechanical grade industrial laminates.
