What are the promotion dates?
Purchase $20 or more (excluding sales tax and after all discounts and credits have been applied; gift cards may be used) of the following participating Georgia-Pacific products and or Dixie products: Brawny® papertowel product(s), Quilted Northern® bath tissue product(s), Vanity Fair® napkin product(s), Vanity Fair® plates and bowl product(s), and/or Dixie® bath cup product(s) or Dixie® PerfecTouch® Grab ‘N Go® product(s) at a retailer between 3/11/10 and 4/18/10 ("Offer Period"). Each redemption request must be mailed in a separate, hand-addressed, outer-postmarked envelope and must be postmarked by 5/18/10 and received no later than 6/1/10 to be eligible for this Offer.
How do I get my rebate?
This is a mail-in offer only and there are (2) ways to get your rebate:
1) A completed GP $5 Mail-In Rebate Offer Form ("Rebate Offer Form") you received by mail or that you can download online at www.gp.com/everydayessentials ("Website"). To receive your rebate check, either fill out the redemption form you received by mail or print the redemption form found online and hand-print your name, complete address, date of birth, email address and phone number, include the original cash register receipt(s) dated 3/11/10 to 4/18/10, with the store name, date of purchase, the participating Georgia-Pacific product(s), and purchase amount(s) circled, and the original UPC(s) (cut from the package) and mail to: GP EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS, P.O. Box 6001, Morton Grove, IL 60053.
2) Mail-in entry: Fill out a piece of paper that includes your hand-printed full name, complete address, e-mail, date of birth and phone number and include the original cash register receipt(s) dated 3/11/10 to 4/18/10, with the store name, date of purchase, the participating Georgia-Pacific product(s), and purchase amount(s) circled, and the original UPC(s) (cut from the package) to: GP EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS, P.O. Box 6001, Morton Grove, IL 60053.
How many times can I send in for the rebate?
Limit one redemption per household address, where legal. (Limit one redemption per individual in Rhode Island.) This Rebate Offer is open to legal residents of the United States (including Washington, D.C., but excluding Maine and New York). Void in Maine, New York and where prohibited, taxed or restricted.
Do I have to make any purchases to receive my rebate?
Yes. A purchase of $20 or more (excluding sales tax and after all discounts and credits have been applied; gift cards may be used) of the following participating Georgia-Pacific products and/or Dixie products: Brawny® paper towel product(s), Quilted Northern® bath tissue product(s), Vanity Fair® napkin product(s), Vanity Fair® plates and bowl product(s), and/or Dixie® bath cup product(s) or Dixie® PerfecTouch® Grab ‘N Go® product(s) is necessary to participate in the promotion.
How long will it take to get my check?
Allow 4-6 weeks from receipt of all required documentation to receive your check.
