"Save, Play and Celebrate Sweepstakes" Official Rules and Conditions
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES AND D.C. AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW.
2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Georgia- Pacific Consumer Products LP, Aspen Marketing Services, Inc., Disney Destinations, LLC and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, licensees and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and all of the above's immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) and those living in the household of same are ineligible. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 50 United States/D.C. and where prohibited by law.
3. Sponsor/Administrator: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products LP ("Sponsor"), 345 Park Avenue, New York City, NY 10154. The Administrator is Aspen Marketing Services, Inc., 1240 North Avenue, West Chicago, IL 60185 ("Administrator").
4. Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes starts September 1, 2009 at 12:00:01 a.m. EST and ends November 30, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST ("Promotional Period"). During the Promotional Period there are two ways to enter, by online entry or by mail-in entry. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day, regardless of method of entry.
Online Entry Method: Go to www.gp.com/familyfun, click on the Register link and complete and submit the electronic entry form, which requires you to enter your name, complete address, date of birth, email address and phone number. Use of any automated system to submit entries or entry via third-party Web sites is prohibited, and any and all such entries will be disqualified. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST on 11/30/09. Online entrants must have a valid email address at the time of entry and must complete all required information for entry to be valid.
Mail-in Entry Method: Hand-print your name, complete address, email address and phone number on a 3" x 5" piece of paper or card, and mail it to Georgia-Pacific Save, Play and Celebrate, P.O. Box 985, West Chicago, IL 60186-0985. Each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, postmarked outer envelope. No photocopied, facsimile, mechanically reproduced, illegible or incomplete mail-in entries accepted. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage-due mail or entries. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than 11/30/09 and received no later than 12/11/09 to be eligible for the drawing.
Multiple entries per person per day, including multiple entries by the same entrant using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or any other methods, will invalidate ALL entries submitted by that entrant for the entire Promotional Period. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" shall be from 12:00:01 AM EST through 11:59:59 PM EST on each date during the Promotional Period. Entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned or acknowledged, except as provided herein.
5. Drawing: A random drawing will be held and Winner will be identified on or before December 14, 2009 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period, to determine one (1) Prize Winner by the Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes are final. Potential Winner will be notified by phone, email or mail. Potential Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility (which affirms that he/she has complied with these rules) as well as a Liability Release, Form W-9 and a publicity release (where permitted by law), all of which, if issued, must be completed, signed, notarized and returned within ten (10) business days from date of issuance or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate Winner. The guest(s) may also be required to complete, sign, and notarize a liability release that potential Winner must return to Sponsor within ten (10) business days. If the potential Winner fails to provide his/her Social Security Number for such prize within ten (10) business days after request is made for the same, said Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected. If the prize is declined, the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate Winner.
6. Prize, Odds and Approximate Retail Value (ARV): One (1) Prize: The Prize consists of a Seven (7) day/Six (6) night Celebration Vacation for four (4) to the Walt Disney World® Resort (the "Resort") which shall include: If Winner resides outside of a 250-mile radius of Orlando, Florida, four (4) round trip coach airfares between the United States major airport closest to the Winner's residence and the Orlando International Airport; standard room accommodations (one (1) room with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for six (6) nights at a hotel at the Resort selected by the Sponsor at its sole discretion, four (4) seven (7)-day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option; a $500 Disney Gift Card (subject to the gift card terms and conditions); one (1) dinner for four (4) at a Signature Restaurant selected by Sponsor; four (4) custom Mickey Mouse Ear Hats; including a contest winner's patch to place on each hat; Disney's PhotoPass® with a CD and album; VIP tour guide for up to seven (7) hours on one (1) day at one (1) theme park; and up to $2,000 recreation experiences (winner will choose recreation experiences from a list provided by Sponsor and no cash balance will be awarded.) Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $11,115.00. Actual value may depend upon Prize Winner's point of travel origin, dates of travel and airfare fluctuations as of the date of travel. If Winner lives within 250 miles of Orlando, Florida, ground transportation may be substituted by Sponsor, at Sponsor's sole discretion, in lieu of air transportation (no cash balance will be awarded.) Prize Winner and his/her guests must book travel at least ninety (90) days in advance. All travel must be completed by December 14, 2010 or prize is forfeited. Prize Winner and his/her guests must travel on the same itinerary. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or gift cards. Once booked, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Tickets are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or credit. Tickets may not be transferred or sold to a third party. Prize Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary and required identification and/or travel documentation required for travel within the United States. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent and Sponsor shall determine airline and flight itinerary and dates of travel at its sole discretion. All travel expenses not described herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, incidental hotel expenses, meals, ground transportation, gratuities, and souvenirs, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Any and all costs associated with reaching the departure city will be the Prize Winner's sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights beyond its control). If for any reason any portion of the Prize does not occur, such portion will be forfeited with no compensation being paid in exchange thereof. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
7. General Prize Restrictions/Total ARV: No cash redemption of the prize. No transfer of the prize. Prize may not be substituted, except by Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value or at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize may be different from that pictured in advertising. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use Prize Winner's name and likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes, on a worldwide basis, in any and all media now and hereafter known, without notice or additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Participation and acceptance of any prize by guests, constitutes guest's permission for the Sponsor to use the guest's name, photograph, likeness, statements, voice and address (city and state) on a worldwide basis without notice or further compensation except where prohibited by law. The Prize Winner acknowledges that neither Sweepstakes Entities or their directors, employees or agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms thereof, and Prize Winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. The total prize ARV is $11,115.00.
8. Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, Administrator, any Internet access providers, and their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, licensees, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of the foregoing entities' respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transfer of entry information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access web sites, damage to a user's computer system (hardware and/or software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes or any other problem or error that may occur. All incomplete entries will be disqualified. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for injuries, loss or damage of any kind, to person or property, arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into this Sweepstakes, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, any service provided by parties other than the Sponsor in connection with the prize awarded, or participation in any prize-related activity or any travel related thereto (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light). Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email, mailing address, or telephone number of entrants. The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited. Any person who uses or attempts to use such means to enter the Sweepstakes will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes and will be ineligible to receive a prize. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of this Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation.
9. Disputes: In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor(s) reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
