Environmental Stewardship Green Bay Operations is committed to 100 percent compliance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and state and local government guidelines for the protection of air and water quality and human health.
Our facilities belong to the Pollution Prevention Partnership between the Wisconsin Paper Council and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
We are committed to protecting the health of our employees, our community and our environment. We believe environmental solutions need to be protective of human health and the environment, as well as technically and economically feasible.
We have been recycling wastepaper fibers to make products since the late 1930s. We are one of the largest wastepaper recyclers in North America. Because our recycling stream included carbonless paper with PCBs, we are one of six companies involved in a major cleanup of the Fox River (see www.gpgreenbay.com).

Green Bay Operations uses a product systems business model that begins with the customer and aligns every product line so that employees and equipment are as innovative, flexible, and responsive as possible to the real-time needs of customers.
Many employees have worked in the facilities for over 25 years. A variety of career opportunities in Green Bay and across the globe are available at gp.com/careers.
