What intranet sites are available through myGP Anywhere?
The available sites and applications are listed in the <select a destination> drop-down menu. |

How do I log out?
Click on "Logout" button to log out properly. |

How do I change my password on mygp.gp.com?
When your password is set to expire, the system will prompt you to change your password. If you have forgotten your password, call your local help desk or the Solution Center at (877) 352-4357 or (404) 652-4357. |

What if I don't have a username or password?
Contact your local help desk or the corporate solution center at (877) 352-4357, option 1. They will create an account for you and give you a username, password and domain. |
Troubleshooting

The session manager is stuck on "Loading..."
Check your browser configuration to ensure that it is set up properly by using the Setup Wizard. If the problem persists after the settings have been verified, contact the Solution Center at (877) 352-4357 or (404) 652-4357. |

I recently changed my password, but some intranet sites I visit do not work.
Go to the Advanced Preferences page and under the Cached Passwords heading, click on the Delete Passwords button. If the problem persists, call the Solution Center at (877) 352-4357 or (404) 652-4357. |

I receive an error 'unable to connect', when attempting to make a connection to my terminal server.
Go to the Microsoft download page and and download KB884020. |

I received a WB-6 error message when trying to connect to an external site. The site you wish to visit is not available through myGP Anywhere. |

The status in the Session Manager says "Error."
Sign out by closing the browser window. |

The session manager automatically ended my session.
The connection will disconnect after 20 minutes of inactivity. After you have been disconnected, you must sign in again. |

After changing the settings of my browser, other Internet pages do not work the same.
If you experience problems with other Internet sites after changing your settings or otherwise want to restore your original settings, use the Reverse Setup Wizard to reset your browser. |
