Georgia‐Pacific Human Resources internships are designed for students to gain a first‐hand look into what it means to be a HR Business Partner. Our paid internships take place during the Summer and are located at a variety of GP's manufacturing facilities across the country, as well as at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA. As a HR intern, you will have the chance to own a project, interact with business leaders, develop knowledge around HR policies and processes, and ultimately learn skills which will make you a valued business partner. Independent judgment, high initiative, and behavior consistent with our company culture are some of the qualities that are key to a successful internship.
Upon completion of the HR Summer Internship and their degree programs, HR Interns may be offered an opportunity to join Georgia‐Pacific full‐time through our HR Associate program.
