GPXpress® supports the GP PRO Sales team by providing easier, faster, and smarter technology and customer solutions to drive the sales of our products, and to aid the organization in reaching sales goals. Business Support Associate (Fulltime)

The GPXpress® Business Support Associate is responsible for supporting the GP PRO Sales team by providing technical support to customers, analyzing metrics and reports, and assisting in product sales. Individuals who are champions for our customers and who have an intense curiosity to understand customer behavior will be successful in this role!

Located in Green Bay, WI, Business Support Associates will receive 9 weeks of in‐depth training, and ongoing individualized mentoring and development.

This role may include:

  • Supporting assigned sales districts to create efficient processes
  • Collaborating with GP PRO Sales professionals to strategize product sales by leveraging the customer management tool (salesforce.com®)
  • Providing technical support of GP’s electronic and manual dispensing systems to ensure positive customer experience with equipment
  • Utilizing suggestive selling of products and services during customer-initiated interaction
  • Analyzing business needs through maintenance of metrics, reports, and dashboards that drive business decisions
  • Improving, maintaining, and communicating system, product, and process knowledge with GP PRO field sales reps, distribution, and customers

Sales & Marketing Intern

GPXpress® internships are designed to provide each student with a complete, professional work experience and to expose the student to the GP PRO business division. Interns will provide strategic support to sales, category management, and customer contact centers, while placed in one of the following areas of concentration: Category Management, End‐User Interaction, or Sales Administration. In each concentration area, the primary focus is on providing a working knowledge of the entire product/sales cycle, and so each area will include exposure to sales, operations, and corporate environments.

This Summer internship will last approximately 10‐12 weeks, and will be completed in Green Bay, WI.

This summer internship may include:

  • Leading interaction with Distributor Contacts (Buyer, Sales, Accounts payable, merchandising etc.) and End Users to handle customer business questions, issues, and daily business functions in place of field sales
  • Coaching and mentoring Distributor Customer, Distributor Rep, GP Sales Rep, and End-Using customers
  • Providing direction to field sales reps on ways to improve, maintain, and communicate policies and procedures, to ensure a consistently high level of service to distribution and field sales
  • Leading and participating in continuous process improvement initiatives to improve the GPXpress® value proposition

A minimum 3.0 GPA is required for consideration
