Sales Internship – GP Professional (JumpStart)

The JumpStart internship program is a unique, 9-week paid program with a formalized training curriculum designed for interns to gain enhanced fundamental business skills. The program places emphasis on sales strategy and technique offering exposure to a variety of other business areas.

Sales Full-Time – GP Professional (JumpStart)

The 12week Core Program focuses on core business and capability training where participants take a deep dive into the GP PRO business, segments we sell into, and bundle product assortments. In the JumpStart program, you will gain organizational connectivity, work on a strategic project aligned with key business needs, and create simulated sales proposals utilizing insights and in‐market visits.

Following the 12‐week core training is the 3-9-month Cross Functional Rotation in the following business capabilities: Category, Pricing, Virtual Sales, Field Sales, Marketing and E‐commerce. Rotations average 4 weeks per capability and include classroom training, side‐by‐side shadowing, temporary role placement and project work enhancing role productivity and creating value for our business capabilities. Through these rotations, JumpStart Associates will be exposed to various capabilities to help enhance cross‐functional knowledge and connectivity in preparation for deployment into Sales.

Location: Atlanta, GA initially; nationwide upon completion of the 12-week Core Program

Sales Strategy Internship – Consumer Products Group

The Sales Strategy Internship provides exposure and experience within our Consumer Products organization – think Brawny, Dixie, Angel Soft, Mardi Gras, and Vanity Fair. Throughout the internship you’ll have the opportunity to interact with various teams including (but never limited to) Sales Strategy, Category, Customer Planning. Your project will have real-world implications and will challenge you to identify business trends, opportunities, and risks. By the conclusion of your internship, you will not only have insight into the consumer products world, but real experience driving the business to growth and success.

Business Support Full-Time – GPXpress®

GPXpress® is responsible for partnering with our sales organization to provide superior service, drives sales of products and reach sales goals. The Business Support Associate role is responsible for supporting our sales team by providing technical support to our customers, analyzing metrics and reports and assisting in product sales. Individuals who are champions for our customers and who have an intense curiosity to understand customer behavior, will be successful in this role. We are seeking motivated professionals with diverse educational backgrounds who have proven abilities to collaborate, multi-task and solve problems in a team environment.

Location: Green Bay, WI

Business Support Intern - GPXpress®

The GPXpress® internship is a 3-month month paid program designed to provide each student with a complete professional work experience and expose them to Georgia Pacific’s Professional division within Sales and Marketing. Interns provide support to sales, category management and customer contact centers. Successful interns will be placed in one of the following areas of concentration: Category Management, End-User Interaction or Sales Administration. In each area the focus is on providing a working knowledge of the entire product/sales cycle and will include exposure to sales, plant and corporate environments.
