Megan Sirna

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Megan Sirna leads Georgia-Pacific’s Human Resources capability and focuses on advancing the company’s Principle Based Management culture and helping supervisors empower every employee to achieve their full potential. Megan has devoted her professional career to advising businesses on matters relating to leadership, talent and culture. She joined Georgia-Pacific in 2006 as an attorney in the company’s law department, following several years in private practice with a global labor and employment law firm. Since moving to Human Resources in 2014, she has held various leadership positions responsible for providing HR support across manufacturing, sales, supply chain, R&D, finance and other areas. Megan serves on the boards of the Atlanta Beltline Partnership and Impact100 Atlanta. Born in Washington, D.C., Megan has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a law degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
