David Duncan
President and CEO
David Duncan assumed the role of president and CEO of Georgia-Pacific in March, 2026.

David previously led our consumer products group, one of the largest retail and commercial tissue and tabletop businesses in North America, from 2019-2026. He joined Georgia-Pacific in 2018 as executive vice president of the building products business where he was responsible for our gypsum, structural panels (plywood and OSB), lumber, composite panels, and chemical businesses.
Before joining Georgia-Pacific, he served as president of performance solutions at INVISTA. With more than 28 years of experience at Koch companies, David has held a variety of roles including managing director for Koch Ventures and Koch Equity Development, chief financial officer for Koch Minerals, and various roles at INVISTA.
David sits on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, is actively involved in the Atlanta Committee for Progress, and is a past participant in Leadership Atlanta.
Prior to his time at Koch, David worked in the banking industry. David received his MBA from Indiana University and his undergraduate degree in finance from Oklahoma State University.
