Andre Hylton
Senior Vice President & General Counsel
In his role as senior vice president and general counsel of Georgia-Pacific, Andre Hylton manages all legal and compliance affairs of the company. Andre joined Georgia-Pacific in 2007 as senior division counsel and transitioned to support the GP PRO business as chief counsel in 2013. In 2020, he stepped into a role with Koch Companies Public Sector as deputy general counsel where he was involved with supporting innovation across operations and legal services. Prior to rejoining Georgia-Pacific, Andre served as senior vice president and general counsel of Infor, a global enterprise software company also owned by Koch. Andre is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School. Active throughout the years in the Atlanta community, Andre has previously served on the board of directors of the Piedmont Park Conservancy.
